Parts of New South Wales and Queensland have been hit by flooding with more rain and thunderstorms set to lash eastern Australia.
The Bureau of Meteorology (BoM) said there will be heavy rain across northern Victoria, most of NSW and southern inland Queensland.
Roads are already flooded in suburbs of north-east NSW, including Gunnedah, with flooding expected to peak around midday today.

Germany's health minister has warned that the rapid rise in coronavirus cases means it's likely everyone in the country who isn't vaccinated will have caught COVID-19 by the end of the winter — and some of those will die.
Official figures released today showed more than 30,000 newly confirmed cases in Germany over the past 24 hours — an increase of about 50 per cent compared to one week ago.
The country is this week expected to pass 100,000 coronavirus-related deaths since the start of the pandemic.
Hospitals warn that ICU capacities are nearly exhausted, with some patients having to be transferred to clinics in other parts of Germany.
To reduce the risk of serious illness, Health Minister Jens Spahn urged Germans to get vaccinated, including with booster shots if their first round of inoculation occurred more than six months ago.
"By the end of this winter pretty much everyone in Germany (…) will have been vaccinated, recovered or died," Mr Spahn told reporters in Berlin.

Police have appealed for witnesses to come forward after a toddler drowned in a park pond in Melbourne's west earlier this year.
The three-year-old girl was found unresponsive in a pond at Footscray Park, south of the main adventure playground, before 3pm on June 30.
She was taken to hospital but died days later on July 5.

Affirmative consent laws have passed NSW Parliament today in a huge win for victim-survivors in the state.
The new laws now state a person is required to do or say something to find out whether the other person consents to sex to reasonably believe they agreed.
The reforms will also ensure more effective prosecutions of sexual offences.

A La Niña weather event is underway in the Pacific for the second consecutive year, meaning a wet summer for Australia.
The Bureau of Meteorology (BoM) today declared a La Niña has developed in the Pacific Ocean, leading to wetter than normal periods for eastern, northern and central parts of the nation.
La Niña often results in above-average rainfall, cloud cover and cooler temperatures.

One of the victims who was killed after an SUV driver ploughed through a Christmas parade in Milwaukee has been remembered as an "amazing mum".
Jane Kulich, 52, was one of five people who were killed when a vehicle driven by 39-year-old Darrell Brooks broke through barricades and hit members of the crowd.
Ms Kulich was representing her employer, Citizens Bank, in the parade when she was struck and killed, according to her daughter, Taylor Smith.

Coalition MP Andrew Wallace has been elected Speaker of the House of Representatives in Federal Parliament.
The parliament elevated Mr Wallace, a Queensland LNP MP, to the role today after he received the endorsement of party colleagues yesterday.
He beat Labor nominee Rob Mitchell by 70 votes to 59.
